Good for Ghana.The Government doesn't build schools in Kenya,that's the reserve of county governments,community leaders and such.The government may however release funds for the rehabilitation or upgrade of school's infrastructure!

if you ask me, building schools should be one of the top agenda of goverment. private and other social co-operative shouldn't be left alone. Advance country like Uk just recently open up a Goverment investment scheme call ""building school for the future"" read about it on Wikipedia.
