Completely agree with you. One is incapable of logical thinking without a solid knowledge base. Cramming and dumping for excellent score is NOT equivalent to acquiring knowledge. I daresay that there's no billionaire today that made it by depending on the education acquired in school. The only people that actually benefit from classroom education are educators, engineers, scientists and researchers , and even they have to experiment ad infinitum because school only gives you information on ideal situations, and there's nothing like that in the real world. Business mindset on the other hand, is acquired outside the four walls of any educational institution and requires experimentation, guidance, as well as failure to acquire. In summary, entrepreneurship is a life thing, not an academic one.

Some Nigerians are so foolish to think that Nigerian education is a true test of knowledge and intelligence. Imagine a senario where by a lecturer writes down in his handout only 3 functions of a plier and a student studies more and discovers we have more than 10 functions of a plier. he/she decides to write down 3 of the functions he has discovered and unfortunately d lecturer gives him zero. Does it make the student a dullard? No. What am trying to say it that Nigerian degrees shouldn't be used as a basis to judge how competent a graduate is. I have seen a 2.1 graduate that couldn't even write a simple formal letter. Nigerian system of Education is flawed. Have u people read about top scientist like Albert Einstein and d rest. Even in a countries with the best standard of education, their most successful citizens have usually been rated low when it comes to education.

Can you please shed more light on the first option of conversion? Just hearing it for the first time.

If you are in southwest, Lauth is the best for you, cheapest and flexible ( is call Distance learning, you only spend two weeks on campus per semester ) other things is online. In some university, you allowed to change you course.

I will rather invest more in my skill instead of going for master... Who master help?

My best advise for u is to do a conversion program in order to upgrade ur Degree from third class into something higher than that. it only takes u just 2 years. I was in 100lvl when I started making SIWES reports and projects work for final year students, at that level I was already closed to post graduate students, I was a medium of information for many including PG students help them in their projects and materials. I was the lectures favorites, everyone love. At my graduation i was already appointed an assistance lecturer there I did my NYSC before embarking on my master degree. Now, it baffles me how someone will be in the university for at least four years without an inkling requirements for PG not even a simple required grade
