Imo State governor, Rochas Okorocha, was declared the winner of the Senatorial poll in Imo West District. But the victory was shortlived as the Returning Officer claimed he declared the governor as the winner under “duress.” When INEC released the official list of elected members of the National Assembly, Okorocha’s name was absent. Since then, INEC has repeatedly said that it would not present a certificate of return to the Imo State Governor. What could this mean for Okorocha?
