I know you might have come across this. I'm just seeing it, and it baffles me so much.

A serving Corper ( passed through a primary, secondary and a tertiary institution) I was told, wrote these on 2 ballot boxes during the presidential and national Assembly elections.

I initially laughed out loud, but after a while saw the tremendously pathetic state of institutions that will graduate these fellows. After graduation, they are then unleashed to the society. How on earth did they graduate?

One of the ballot boxes carries the inscription " House of Resersatative" while the other box carries " House of Rapes".

it's so pathetic and bad for our development if truly it was written by a corps member. Still in doubt over the authenticity of that. One should hardly be surprised though cause the NYSC institution has been reduced merely nothing .

so you mean your education is a waste. Imagine English teacher typing Corp. Go back to your dictionary and check the meaning of corp. Whenever u want to refer to a corper, type corps member.
