I bought a new battery for my phone today after the old one got worn out. The seller told me to charge it for about two hours and it'll be good to go. Just finished charging it but the battery level has been going down ever since. I'm extremely angry right now. Do you guys suggest I try charging it some more or just go ahead to return it tomorrow?

NB: It's a Lithium ion battery

Windows Phone 430. It's definitely not a new battery. I got it at 1500 though huh
