Governor Nasiru El-Rufai and his outgoing deputy, Arch Barnabas Bantex, were conspicuously absent as the deputy governor-elect, Dr Mrs Hadiza Balarabe, inaugurates the Kaduna State Transition Committee at the Council Chamber of the Government House Kaduna State today. The deputy governor-elect, Mrs Hadiza is also part of the Committee she inaugurated and had to take up the task to inaugurate the Committee she chairs as both the governor and his outgoing deputy who should have performed the task were not available.
