INYANG EKWO IS PLAYING WITH FIRE THAT MAY CONSUME HIM. NO COURT HAS RIGHT TO STOP THE ELECTORAL PROCESS MIDWAY
If you have the opportunity to meet this Judge, you will know that his type are rare in this country. Do not pray for someone's downfall until you hear 2 sides of a story.
You've got data to post this, why don't you use part of the data to research about the man you're blaming?
FYI, Justice Ekwo never granted the order for interim injunction but rather asked that status quo remain.
On the 18th he refused to grant the motion ex parte but rather ordered that INEC be put on notice.
Why did INEC rush to Court upon being served with half process when they could have asked for time to respond to a process that was served on them less than 24 hours?
This could have been granted to them but they rather rushed to Court to by 8am to respond to a process that was served on them by 3pm the previous day.
Normally the law is that once a matter has been taken to Court, parties should maintain status quo and that was the order pronounced by the Judge. So how is he playing with fire that will consume him?
I have a copy of that order and can scan it to you if you don't mind.

That's where they missed it. Once the results are declared, they can't reverse it unless a tribunal says so. That's the point of the governor.
The governor should have waited till after d collation to petition d electoral tribunal. The court has no jurisdiction over post election matters.
