If you are considering IFP school, their admissions close March 31st, so for that I would suggest applying to the school first, in previous editions of the total scholarship, the instructionw as to apply for admission in those schools too

Not quite. If the person gets the scholarship and wants to go to IFP, he/she can. They have a special window for Total scholars to apply even after their normal admission deadline and it is a sure admission.
