Ok, my wife's birthday is a matter of days to this time. I found out she likes to change her phone. So, I want to get her a phone with good camera spec. She is a kind that only likes camera quality; not interested in Internet speed like myself. But only 22k is feasible in my budget for now. Please, what a good phone with high camera quality can 22k get?

Itel A13 abi A31 can't remember,it's around 18k with good camera and fast in browsing. Very nice phone.

You can't get a brand new phone with your budget, except you want a low end phone like Tecno and likes, which your budget cannot get a tecno with a camera.

You can get HTC Desire 825 25k, 816 21k, 820 24k, LG Nexus 5x 25k, HTC eye which has good camera for 26k.

If I should suggest for you bases on your budget. I would have said you should break the bank by getting a TECNO Camon 11 prothst has an AI enabled camera but it's 76k. GET A TECNO SPARK 2, it should be less than 40k sha.
