EdiAbali:There is. The Ijaws in ondo usually mix Yoruba with their names. I think Sowore is a good example. I once had a colleague, Ayodele, a girl, who learnt Yoruba when she relocated to Lagos because they are ethnic Izon people from Ondo. For those asking for Ijaw on the list, Izon is Ijaw. Op, there’s no tribe in Delta regarded as “Igbo”, not even the Ibo speaking part. What we have is Ika, spoken by the people of Agbor/Owa, Aniocha spoken by the people of Isele-Ukwu, Isele-Azagba, Ogwashi-Ukwu, Okpanam, Ibuzo etc 1 Like |

What and where is your source? IGEDE is the third major tribe and ethnic group in Benue State but was omitted from the list.There is need for you to update the list. At any rate, it is good effort. |

EdiAbali:Bros calm down...did my people attacked your village?  But on a serious note,not all Fulanis are herdsmen,and not all herdsmen are terrorists. Believe me,I'm a victim of the herdsmen terrorists my self and even recently,my maternal grandmother was abducted by some Fulani herdsmen. It took God's intervention that we were able to rescue her (after paying a huge ransom though). So my point is,it is unfair on your part,I think,to label all Fulanis as terrorists. There are always bad eggs amongst all the tribes but that doesn't mean that, because of the activities of these few,we should label a whole tribe as been terrorists. 5 Likes 1 Share |
