Abiola way is suitable for all commercial business.
But l don't know much on that area more so it will cost you millions of Naira to get a plot of Land.
Be Looking at nothing Less than 5 million to get a plot in that place.

N12.3M in total.
Including 6 WC and two kichen sinks.
Also included the Land,documents and building plans approval.

Bought the Land in July 2016
Building plans sent in for approval in August .
Approved out late October.
Estimated budget:N14 - 16 millions hopefully.
Duration:2 -3years God willing.
The first thing to do was to secure the land by building the fence.
I will be posting that later.

The problem is there is always some hidden charges that they dont always disclose

They are the worst to deal with. For example, they tell you to buy a land of 600k just without telling you the hidden charges that comes with the land. And at the end of the day, the hidden charges is triple the price of the land itself. And once you are committed, it’s so hard to get out and they won’t refund your money if you say you are no more interested. Naija is a tough place to do anything and everything.

It's in Agbowa (Lagos) o. This is not a case of money o. The land is agriculture and can only be regularized for that purpose according to Lagos state min of lands.
