I never really liked Negan but at this point he's the only one who can provide us with reasonable entertainment value seeing as the rest of the cast are all doom and gloom.

Still very disappointed with the Whisperers though. Once I realised they were humans cloaking in the midst of walkers, a bit of the allure wore off. I was legit scared until the mask came off.

They sjoyldnhave milked it for what it's worth. Let it appear the walkers are evolving at least for 2 to 3 episodes before showing it's people who are masked.

you're posting due to ignorance. don't base your judgement on the film alone, the whisperers are already known to core TWD fans and it's no point prolonging their identity, it would also be silly making zombies intelligent, go watch z-nation or resident evil.

Rick isn't coming back, he's already left the show. though alive, he'll get a separate standalone film or tv series of his own.

I k ow about the whisperers almost 2 years ago. That's why the fair is a big deal. We see the leader there and negan proves his stuff.

I just wanted it to be fun for the non comic book fans.

Walking dead is dying

Wow. One episode down since last week and ko comments.

Well the skin walkers have arrived the scene and if it goes by the graphic novel then negan is gonna show why hes boss again.

I think they are prepping negan to replace Rick in the show.

Let's see how it plays out.

Well 2nd half of the season started slow. Weve seen the skin walkers now and thier leader alpha.

You are such a loyal fan. I'm also following, but mostly out of habit. Let's see what Alpha brings, I really hope she impresses. Also, love the general direction the show is slowly moving towards, easing out older characters and slowly ushering in new ones. To me, Rick Grimes' whole arc was played out and had no where else to go, it was suffocating the show.

That episode where Negan escaped and went back to the sanctuary but there was nothing there, I see glimpses of what you mean. I'm looking forward to more of him now that he has stopped being annoying and is now more properly fleshed out as a character. That particular episode was quite good.

I still watch it but not that often although I have gone through the whole manga to some point.

Currently, the show got boring. They kept on talking and talking when people wanted to see action..

With the introduction of the whisperers, it will get a bit interesting but if AMC wants to win viewers back, they should follow the manga on this whisperers issh

Negan is in episode 12 trying to persuade Michonne to allow him profer solution to Michonne's indecisive situation to the trade fair organized by the kingdom.

From the look of things Negan will be freed and will later become part of the council of leaders in Alexandria.

I like the last episode of TWD that I saw. I am a week behind anyway.

Things are starting to heat up again not just the regular boring conversations.

So the penultimate episode did live up to its name "the calm before... "

Several key characters where killed yet again. But this time by the whispers, 10 characters in all really had their heads placed on spikes. Don't really want to mention names right now as the episodes just aired.

After the episode I was seriously shocked cause I didnt see these deaths coming

But this is TWD, one just have to move on really. It will be interesting to see their reactions to these deaths. Do they go to war or do they just let it go? Can't wait for the season finale, hopefully Negan will feature prominently.

Weren't they headed out during the fair on some secret mission? I think they were waylaid as they were enroute and outside The Kingdom. I don't know why I felt especially bad for the Highway Men. Thought they were cool.

I'm happy that little boy is dead, dude is too idealistic, annoying and thinks with his dìck. Now he won't get to shine the Whisperer girl's kongo, after all the stress lol.

No. Some of them were supposed to head out the next morning to help defend Hilltop.
But all those guys got taken during the fair that even Gabriel had to start looking for Tara. Same with Enid's boyfriend that was looking for her in the crowd when he was singing.

As for Henry, i'm also not sorry he's dead. Because all that's happened was all down to his stupìdity. He's been quite annoying even since last season when he was a little kid.
