And they stopped picking my call.

I thought they were legit after visiting their website at gregmattoeflnigeria .com and finding out that they have an alleged physical location in Lagos(I stay in Benin), and reading testimonies from other Nairaland members who claim to have registered their TOEFL through them.

so yesterday, I paid 45,000 Naira to their GT Bank account (Account name: B.Y Mafit Limited, Account number: 0051522264)
for the TOEFL registration and they promised to send me an email after registering the TOEFL. I didn't get any such email and I called them back today, they stopped picking my call.

Update
They have processed my TOEFL registration today March 21, 2019, the delay was due to the high volume of applications that they had to handle (according to the explanation they gave me).
They are legit and I will recommend them to others who intend to register the TOEFL CBT test because it is cheaper (45,000 Naira compared to $195.00 on the ets.org website).

I'm cool. Before I made the payment yesterday, the lady that I called on 07063376616 told me that I will receive a confirmation email containing my registration details by yesterday evening. I didn't get any email and I called her back today, now she told me to call her back if I didn't get any email after 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, still no email. so I decided to call her back. I have called thrice and she just allows the phone to ring without answering.

I understand your plight . I would suggest you call other lines if they are available . You will definitely be registered, many people on nairaland and beyond are using them. Although, some have faced similar issues like yours which were eventually solved.

I am not affiliated to them in any way. However, I have read many positive feedbacks about them.

You are not scammed . I registered for gmat with them last year and never had any issues with them. In fact they organize free classes for their clients. You can check them at their office. They do attend to many clients at every intervals.

.

I need your ideas on how to register

You can register it at ets.org (website of the TOEFL organizers) or through the BY Mafit which I registered through.
ets.org charges $195 while BY Mafit charges 45,000 Naira.

Good to know that your case was finally settled. The customer care Rep ought to attend to your calls by assuring you and telling you what there predicaments were. Since they are using voucher to do the registration, they do run out of it.

You are really lucky that they settled it. I am currently regretting going near them. I should have done it myself and save myself the stress I am currently going through.

They have generally extended their registration completion time, which I think explains the additional time spent on registration. If you call them, they would tell you that.

Just relax. B.Y Mafit is tested and trusted like Bagco Super Sac. They'll sort you out Last last.

Are you taking lectures?

The issue I have with them goes beyond registration. They need to be professional too. I just hope I don't end up losing my money.

Losing your money is impossible. They have stood the test of time and are 100% reliable. I know their customer service at times could be better. I think that's the major issue they have. Their customer service needs upgrade. I sent you a PM
