Nnewi

Not really feeling these vista pics of Nnewi. There's enough money (both private and gov't) to improve the overall aesthetics of the city, so i don't see the reason why the city centre should be looking like this!

Even though Nnewi is rapidly urbanizing, you still have to remember that it’s still a village. Traditionally, most villages weren’t planned. Also lots of families will refuse to abandon their homes or land for mordenization. Unless they feel well compensated. So building roads with other infrastructures and knocking down houses may not be an easy option.

Obiano has wiped away the shame that peter obi created for anambra. God really delivered our state from adaobi's 8 years of mediocrity and cluelessness. Just see what The fraudster built and called secretariat without interlocking or paving of the premises! Obiano is indeed a governor with taste. I wouldn't mind a whole new secretariat in another part of the city to compliment this one. Bayelsa is a good example of a state with multiple secretariat system.
Lol, I remember when his social media fools were attacking me when I asked that Peter Obi should stop constructing any project during his tenure so we can wait for another governor because you can’t point to any project done by the China man that is of standard, or is it the Nkpor flyover? I visited the secretariat once myself and posted the pictures here. The place was almost eaten up by erosion. It was constructed by one Paul B one of the wheel barrow construction companies owned by Peter Obi that he uses to construct projects and loot monies from. I shouted then and they said I hated Peter Obi. Today, Anambra State government will still waste Anambra money to reconstruct all Peter Obi projects.
Obiano has reconstructed Nkpor Flyover, he has reconstructed several China roads done by Obi, now he is reconstructing the secretariat. These are monies that would have been used for other projects and later on some fools will tell you Obiano can’t fit in Obis big shoes or that Peter Obi is Anambra best Governor. I wonder if these idiots are truly from Anambra. I have never seen a bigger political fraud than Peter Obi.

All you do all day is going from thread to thread condemning everything others built but you are yet to even afford to build a pig hut. Show us the one you have built as an example since you are the only one that has got it right. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the design of the building, it is very beautiful
and it is even located at Oba, i am very sure your village cannot boast of such building even in the next 100yrs. Stupid fellow.

Yeah......it was a day to remember !

It was fun, interactive, meet and bond as ABS Friday Night Cruise organized the maiden edition of Anambra OAPs Hangout which took place at Stanel World Hall, Awka.

Meeting most of the people you heard their voices on radio and also watched on television was just awesome irrespective of the competition between radio/television stations.

I am grateful to Anambra Broadcasting Service for giving the youngsters the wonderful platform to shine and show the world the stuff they’re made of.

Thanks to the crew that made this event a success, we’re better together.

Who are the people designing these buildings? They don’t look modern at all. They should really consider hiring young African architects outside of Anambra. This building doesn’t look like something that should be made in 2019.

It does not matter whether I can or I cannot afford to build a pig hut, whether such building will ever exist in my village in the next 100 years or calling me stupid, really don't matter. I may not have the wealth to build such but I hope you understand not everyone will be rich, that is the reality of life but we all can contribute in our own little way. Constructive criticisms are not in any way diminishing the achievements of our people. I have traveled outside the shores of Nigeria to some of the countries we admire and want to be like and I have seen how things are done and little things we think does not matter are among the things that make this places what they are. Sometimes it cost less to build a commercial building.

Poor man does not criticise. Since you are poor, you have no moral right to condemn anything someone built with his own hard earned money. Poor people anywhere in the world does not have damn right to criticise a rich man investing in whatever or whichever way he likes. All you have to do is to make your own money and show us example of what you have in your head. Any investor can decide to build whatever he likes, it does not concern you, he didn't build it with your own money. If someone decides to use his residential house for a commercial venture, it is his business. In a nutshell poor people does not have the right to criticise individuals who made their money and decides to invest it their own way. If you want to criticise then you should channel it to your father who could not leave anything for you to build on. Since you have travelled around the world and still yet cannot show in practice what you saw their then remain silent and stop talking since you are a poor fellow.

Nnaa, whats going on? Kedu ife na afio?
Its not right to fight people simply for expressing their opinions.

That building she criticized its architecture is rightly ugly and it says alot about the efficiency of Obiano. Under his watch Awka is being littered with structures a little better than a hut and he kept mute and keep hyping a white elephant project(airport)that will never happen anytime soon.

I was one of the people that lifted the popularity of Obiano here but I am very disappointed with his performance so far.
Where is the ICC, Onicha hotel, Umuleri airport ? I am not blown away by Obiano's performances, because he has not done anything out of the ordinary.

Look at Edo and how their IGR keep rising, their WAEC performance and so on.
Where is out IGR ? I can goon.
