Mourinho was fighting with everybody, killing the spirit of the players. Some of them are yet to recover.

He wanted new players, but it wasn't reported of his attempt to sell anybody even though we had so many players who had no business being in the club.

Most of the players he bought were struggling big time, if not all. A coach job is not only tactics, he has to build a relationship with the team. The players should be able to trust him to have their back always. Mourinho didn't see it that way. He had his guys in the team, those ones are never wrong, while he's ready to scapegoat those that are not 'his guys'.

There's nothing much expected of OGS when he joined, especially at a point when the players were feeling very low. He was brought in to improve their spirit and give them believe, not a coach that will tell them that they will lose.

Under Mourinho, the team had the most lazy midfield because they prefer to 'gbude' the ball to the attackers. Till today, OGS is still trying to correct that. This was Mourinho's third season.
