Many businesses can bring that in week. I have ice block machine. I have someone that manages it pays me 25k weekly, also a spot in a big hotel where my boy does shisha pays me 30k weekly. For 10k I think barbing or unisex saloon can fetch you more than that weekly guaranteed. Are you looking for something you do yourself or something you leave for a manager?

I do not work, all my business are under management, I encounter problems associated with managing people regularly but that's just a problem and I respond immediately. Problems from managers are inevitable but you can always devise means to reduce the issues to barest minimum
