while if you know bar beach in the past ten years is not the bar beach now, as they are forcing water to go back,but how safe is it ?

yeah its safe if you mean the structures but who knows what the future will be like.
I use to know the eko atlantis city since it conception essentially from the national dailies not until I visited Hard-Rock café from whose exterior I had a distance view of the atlantis city, I realised that most of what use to be the bar beach is now sand filled.
