Onyeedum:Oga, zoning is integral to maintaining peace and inclusiveness in thriving multiethnic democracies like ours. I don't see how this hurts at all. We can't exclude people from governance because they are in minority. It was cetainly zoning that ensured that Mr. Jonathan became president. |
