Good day fellow Nigerian, with the case brought by the people Democratic movement and his presidential candidate before the tribunal i think they have a very nice case, am not a fan of any political party, what is the case all about, their party name was unlawfully omitted from the presidential election ballot paper! Yakubu can not tell Nigerian that he is not aware of the situation. the questions Nigerians should be asking is who is the petitional, why this arrangement and those it which to favour, answer to the first question is simple this presidential candidate was the same pastor that led some group of northern Christian to buhari in asorock if you can remember, answer to the second question is simple let's ring the election and see the evidence they will bring to the tribunal if it will be enough for them to be declared winner then the system will be apply for the elections to be cancel! from the PDP petition am not sure inec will be ready to call 400 witness, let's see as it goes, but i see PDM appeal being attended to before that of pdp

either you are in support of any political party or not it obvious you are biased. you are not in support of party but their/the candidate that surge from them.
the case is simple by error of omission they were disenfranchised, the next line of action is compensation on the part of Inec and the state putting into consideration this party and it candidate might not have polled a vote as against winning.
why cry fowl when not in even five constituency might know the candidate or it's party. calling for cancellation of election for an unrecognized party and candidate is off it. all that matters now is compensating the party and it's candidate.

thanks for your contributions, but is there room for such compensation in our constitution, if yes to the tone of how much, and where in the constitution

the constitution does not need to state this. it is sure obvious the court know the right thing to do if at all the party logo and name was left either intentionally or by sheer omission, it with the court jurisdiction to award compensation for loses.
mere contesting and losing an election it clear either the state or Inec would compensate the loser (the more reason we had seventy +, micro and atom political parties contesting for presidency in the last general election).
for all its expenses incurred, if the court find a genuine case in this it has the power to award compensation. the truth is pdm is not after cancellation of election but compensation from Inec but it would only put its case forward from the angle of political reasoning then court would help it, make the case civil leading to compensation.
the court would not call for a fresh election for party that will not poll a single vote thereby wasting billions of Naira when you can compensate it with less than 10% of the entire running cost (a 100 million or less) and everyone will go home happy. so many logical reason would come to play in the court hence resulting in judges decision.

you try, but can't you see this case from the angle of been politically motivated, is either the PDP or the APC, with the way the judiciary arm is treated by this government I don't see them getting such judgement from the court
