Just when I began to enjoy this thread and hell lets loose. I was depressed after our OMANBALA website was destroyed and we managed to resurface this but some people are bent on destroying it.

I am expecting these kid of designs .
so that when primary school children plucking mango throws stones at your glass it shatters and it would cost 80k to replace?

Or when you travel, onitsha boys will use stone to enter your house and empty it?

We want to copy everything abroad but we don’t consider most things.

This type of houses aren’t Built anyhow in the USA..only in the gentrified super rich neighborhoods.

Nnaa, ike gwulu! Cant government enforce house design? The most painful part is that Obiano lives in the U.S and know how much they care about their environment and aesthetic design ,yet he let these people build whatever pleases them.

Club houses or Casinos are not built with these type of structures. One main point club and game house owners put in mind is that there should be a little amount of windows or no window at all to ensure that nobody inside the building is able to know when time has gone past and so people end up remaining in the building even till midnight. These structures u uploaded here are mostly used as private houses or hotels located in beautiful highbrow "isolated" areas due to use of transparent glass at almost every corner of the house or for shopping centers in business districts.
You even uploaded a computer designed image, I was expecting u to upload a real image of the already built structure so we can see if was used as a club house.

Dr Mike Idigo becomes New Igwe of Aguleri.

Dr Mike Idigo from the famous Idigo dynasty has emerged the new Igwe of Aguleri following the burial of the former Igwe Ogalagidi of Aguleri, His Royal Majesty, Christopher Nwabunwanne earlier today.

Dr Idigo, a practicing dentist ascended the throne of his forefathers according to the revered Aguleri tradition which insists that a new Igwe must be coronated on the same day the remains of the previous Igwe are committed to mother earth.

Feelers from the ancient kingdom of Aguleri indicate the Igwe Mike Idigo who has chosen the title of Ezeudo (King of Peace)upon his coronation is a fine gentleman and a lover of peace.

Indeed, there is a growing expectation that the new Igwe will live out his name, working assiduously to entrench peace and harmony in Aguleri to pave way for a speedy development of the town.

Here are pictures of his coronation...

90% of the time you talk out of sense ,because you have been blinded with hate. At least ,we had the courage and will power to open a site for Omanbala advancement and kept it running ,but there were some very vindictive elements who were threatened by the emergence of an influential Omanbala site and they kept attacking us until the site went down. However, it is only a matter of time before we rise.

This kind of news doesn't appeal to many here because it portrays Obiano in good light. Them haters will prefer to blame Obiano about the design of buildings in Onitsha, a city that has been in existence for over 400 years.
