noblefrank31:Use First Bank Or GTBank Mastercard, if Non Works, Create A Facebook Business Ads Account And Fund it Via Payu, Then Start Running Advert, But Fund Little By Little So That If Facebook flag The Account You Won't Cry Over Much Funds, They Recently Flagged My Account With over NGN10,000 Though I Got What I Wanted Before that. I am not seeing the payu option on my Facebook ads manager. I only see debit card and PayPal |
