Unfortunately #5m didn't buy the vehicle; not to talk of bank charges, trucking, shipping, customs clearance and fixing the bumper.

I would've referred you to the dangerous junks (roll-backed mileage, flood and/or deployed airbags) cosmetically packaged by criminally-minded sellers, often exposed by Cosplay; but they won't even sell for #5m.

Sir, it depends on condition of vehicle i.e mileage, dent level etc. Personally, I would advise against the is350 as Customs duty far higher than is250 as I 'mistakenly' got the 2007 before and it wasn't palatable to clear from Port.
