Our client, a top rated brand agency, seeks to recruit 10 Data clerks for their Lagos office. Each Data Clerk will be responsible for collating, processing and presenting data collected from Brand Ambassadors/ Supervisors. He/she is expected to deliver on overall objectives as set or assigned by the Analyst.

Administrative objectives:

 Collate, Process and Maintain accurate Data and Reports
 Share accurate daily BA reports in on time and in full as per reporting cycles for all BA KPI’s
 Track and report BAs daily attendance
 Maintain and report stock level report across the Modern Trade Channel

Communication:
 Sends daily reports and competitor activities to the line manager/Supervisor.

Prepares and Share monthly summary of all tracked BA KPIs with the Commercial Team

Education:
• OND/ B.SC from a recognized University

Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year experience in any organization

Skills:
• Fluency in English Language.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and Word.
• Administrative Skills.
• Organizational Abilities.
• Very Analytical and good with numbers
