This scenario is completely different from the VVD scenario. It was a foot race between both players and Boateng decides to tackle once since he might not there before the Argentine player.

This scenario is completely different from VVD scenario. How you see something else remain a mystery. It was a poor finish from Sissoko though it was basic defending from VVD.

Sarri and our last coach didn't have the set of players to play their attacking football and defensive football respectively, if Sarri get sacked the next coach will either be an attacking minded coach or a defensive minded coach, the players will perform for a while just like they did under sarri due to motivation or to get on good terms with the coach and that's a short term fix because in three to four month these set of players will get comfortable with the coach and that's it!! Here is VVD in a similar situation to what you have been posting and won't allow us hear word about.

See how he tackled William? This and the one against sissoko is different so stop muddling things up. Yeah defending a 2v1 isn't hard but you could see the communication between VV and Allison. He clearly told him to stay put and not rush out while canceling the pass zone to Son.
