I ordered my Nokia X5 from Jumia and it was delivered around middle of February. After few weeks, I noticed problems with charging of the phone, I do try different angles before I could get my phone charged. I was suspecting the cable before but I learnt that it's the port. Please does anyone knows what I can do to get this problem solved? I will gladly appreciate any help. I'm presently in Ondo state

The issue is even more common to X6 than X5. I'm even thinking of placing an order for another charging panel but I don't think there's any good engineer around that can unbolt the phone. The phone make up is somehow complicating

I've used Nokia X5 for 2 months plus and I've not noticed any charging port issue...

It's not really common for X5 but bro just be careful handling it. I can advice you to maybe get a magnetic cable as well

Stop using your phone while charging and you won't have charging port problem and as for the OP look for a good engineer to help you.

great advice, i wonder how people use their phones sha,me that will use a phone for 2years and no shingbine will happen to it

Dis is the real solution, the phone charge from 0% to 100% within 45mins at least that time should be left for it to charge
