The Former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso was spotted in Mewar University In India. He meets meets with one of his beneficiary who he gave foreign scholarship and he is now working as Assistant Professor Of Law in the University.

Even the kids of his closest friends where not sponsored to study abroad because he knows thier parents can pay for them.
