This is called an RV (Recreational Vehicle) also known as motor home.

It is just a type of luxurious bus modified for living and it is mostly used by families who prefer to travel long distances by road or for sight-seeing in the United States.

And I hope u do know dat Caravan "may" also be classified as a type of RV.

The major difference is really d powered vehicle.
