JJC..this is what we experience abroad since 2015 when Dullard PMB and APC came onboard. Always have your hard currency or foreign bank account as backup. Nigerians have suffered alot.

For the record, the stores did not turn down his transactions because of the card used. The issue is most probably with him not informing his bank of intended use of the Naira Mastercard while abroad. He also didn't state the country but I'm quite sure his card may not have been enabled to pay for transactions abroad without being activated for such

There's no restriction on Nigerian cards from shopping......every bank has got international spending limit of 1000 dollars per month....even banks abroad have spending limit ro protect u just incase ur card has been cloned in another country if you don't inform your bank you are going abroad...
