Religion is Never a problem, the gap between the greedy rich and the hopeless poor is the root of The Nigeria general situation. Both Muslims and Christians are well represented in all sector but when ever there is hindrance to aquire more wealth, the rich result in using differences in Religion, Ethnicity, Tribe, status, age ,gender as instruments to deceive the gullible masses like they really care about us. I hope to see a true love of one Nigeria has it is when when a yoruba man hug an Ibo man just because Ahmad Musa (Hausa man ) score a goal. |

Who is surprised by the fact that Christianity is the bastion of hypocrisy? They fan the embers of hate, they inject their religion into every fabric of our nation, and they're obsessed with demonizing Islam, as if the way to their dubious salvation is to damn Islam. Despite all their covert and overt attempts to christianize the country, they can't stop selling the falsehood that there's an agenda to islamize the country. CAN has forsaken its lost sheep and is instead existing for the sole purpose of instigating a religious divide. If Muslim imams utter half the nonsense their conmen pastors say the entire writhing mass of unwashed heathens will be up in arms baying for blood. CAN, and all the other ineffective and highly politicized christian bodies, are mere alarmists and doomsday heralds who hide under the garb of common christian interest to sow the seeds of intolerance and turn around to blame Muslims. Is there a better definition of a slimy, deceitful hypocrite? |

cronsberg:hehe i de laugh you gan, you think every one that doesn't support the disaster govt been run by PMB is suffering? sorry to disappoint you. Under buhari watch Nigerians unity is dwindling, Fulani herders are busy killing and maiming both in the middle belt and down far North. Zamfara/Kaduna,Jos,Nasarawa,Benue etc are a case study. Let me remind you that Nigeria is now at the top position of poverty ranking in the world, our exchange rate is almost 400 to a dollar, our inflation rate is now in a double digit , unemployment rate is at highest since the history of Nigeria,Millions lost their Jobs under "Mr Integrity" . Your block head should have told you that Buhari is the worst President Nigeria ever had. a president who said No more medical tourism for public office holder yet he is always going to London to receive medical care. Tell me which specialist hospital has PMB build? Aso rock clinic receives billions as allocation yet paracetamol isn't available which even the first lady and Zara the daughter of the President Criticized but na one alamajiri like you wey never chop beleful wan come de defend bubu. may your life be like just exactly the way buhari is ruling Nigeria. pls say amen |

NSCIA should shut up. The point made by CAN is valid. CAN never said all the positions should be shared equally. They were only saying that at least a Christian legislator should be considered for one of those posts. In all the instances NSCIA quoted, there was never a time that the President, Senate President, Speaker and Chief Justice were all Christians. It has never happened in Nigeria. Even for the 2009 - 2011 period they quoted, Dimeji Bankole (a Muslim) was the Speaker, and Jonathan wasn't actually supposed to be the President if Yar'Adua hadn't become sick. Now CAN is saying, let a Christian at least be the Speaker (which will kinda mirror the 2009 - 2011 situation). To even make matters worse, APC is considering a North Central Muslim (Wase) for Deputy Speaker. CAN may have deviated from their original path, but it isn't the business of Muslims. The present circumstances of Nigeria has created much mutual suspicion across both religious groups so CAN will continue to mount pressure on the political leaders who want to miximise every opportunity to suppress the Church. |

As a christian, I am of the opinion that writing a latter is not necessary, I think words of mouth is okay to convey such message. On the other hand, I can't blame CAN totally, as the country has been further divided than it was. APC/ buhari govt care less about morality, even their body language of candidate they are presenting for the SP/speaker respectively speaks volume, they do not care about what is right or wrong, they just want their candidate there by hook or by crook. the legislature should forget about messages and counter messages, and do the needful |

trinity11:See this hypocrite, what happen to the candidates they are presenting as SP and Speakership, you these people are green snake under green grass,I want you to counter the blatant figures and facts reeled out by this organization instead of beaten about the bush. That was how this yeye CAN frustrated Aregbesola to the extent the we didn't know his main opposition between Omisore and CAN during his second term term bid, this kind of questions was raised by this useless CAN in osun about the permanent secretaries that headed various parastatas, but when the result came out, it was shown that Christians head most of them in a Muslim dominated state, that was how they keep shut. If they wanted to tow the path of religion, both SP,deputy and speakership and deputy will not touch the hand of Christian in the chambers because they didn't have the number. This just concluded election suppose to be a lesson to you,but you will hardly learn. |

is it not ironic that these Muslim mofos will not come speedily to respond when there are stories of their adherents ( Fulani herdsmen) attacking innocent people but when CAN calls for an equitable distribution of political office they run out to respond like rabid dogs. idiots. |
