is the recording and delivery OK? lets start from there, if nope, no amount of mixing and mastering can get it close to radio mixes you're most likely referencing ..truss me

yea the recording and delivery are top notch ,the problem is that the studio is not kitted enuff for first class mix and mastering

if the room is not well treated acoustically, there are other options like using a good studio headset (e. g Behringer and other good products)...and even if the room is not well treated, the result shouldn't be that bad... do you have a link to the song? let's hear what's really going on in there
