When you begin to earn an income, reduce the stress of your heart by...

1. Watching your weight - Exercise daily or 3 x a week

2. Cut off alcohol, smoking and drugs

3. Clean your teeth and fill the cavities annually or 6months if you can afford to

4. Watch what you eat. Add dark chocolate, nuts, whole grains, vegetables and legumes to your diet

5. Check your blood pressure regularly and undergo medical checkup routinely

6. See a doctor anytime you unwell or notice lump

Just live your life in moderation and die when your time is up. Someone has suggested you actually wake up when u die - u wake up in your real life.
