In which sector is South Africa dominating Nigeria's market? Bhuhahahaha!

MTN is not even dominating in the telecommunications sector.

What is your definition of multinational company? Clown. grin

We don't just control West Africa, we defend it. I hope you understand what that means. grin

Accra is better than Lagos according to you but reverse is the case. grin

South Africa is not dominating anything in West Africa.

Or can you explain how South Africa is dominating West Africa? grin

Most of you South Africans are ignorant hence the jaggons. grin

Buildings are decaying.
Poverty is high in Nigeria.

South Africa is worried because the bad decision that Nigeria made, they affects south africa directly.

Nigerians will be running to South Africa for opportunities.
Nigerians will be running to South Africa, because of hunger in Nigeria
Nigerians will be running to South Africa, because of war/insecurity in Nigeria
Nigeria will be running to South Africa asking for assistance.

Is any South African bank in the top 5 in Nigeria and West Africa? Which bank is that? grin

What is the name of the South African company dominating the media? grin

DSTv is just a small fragment of entertainment which is a little fraction of mass media. It's doesn't tantamount to dominating the whole media not to talk of the entertainment. grin

Tourism industry? Bhuhahahaha! Explain yourself. grin

Entertainment comprises music, films, games, exhibition, mass media etcetera. No single South Africa company is involved in all these save little fraction of mass media.

If MTN leaves Nigeria, nobody will notice. grin Well, South African company has a say in the communication industry but does not dominate
.

Retail? Bhuhahahaha! Are you sure you know the meaning of retail? grin

The truth is despite naija problems , NIGERIA IS JUST TOO BIG TO IGNORE , THIS IS TGE BIGGEST MARKET IN AFRICA WITH OVER 180 MILLION PEOPLE LIVING AND DOING BUSINESS , no sensible country or big multinational will not at least try to have a piece of the action or cake. MTN NIGERIA is always then biggest c, contributor to MTN global profits, one third of mtn global profit comes from Nigeria. So the naija market is just too big but our leaders are not making the best use of this advantages and others that Nigeria poesses

One of the most sensible decision that PMB took. How do you expect Nigerian local industries to compete with a highly efficient and industrialized SA without any form of protection? We're Africa largest market!

There's a big difference in the cost of production in Nigeria and that of SA! Those guys have cheap labour,, working infrastructure,,electricity,, transportation,, !

Let's internally grow our production capacity in all sectors of the economy first ...then we think of going international or else our infant industry will die a natural death due to an unfair competition!

Las Las our African brothers will definitely miss us... Just imagine? The LARGEST market in Africa is not a signatory to the treaty!

Good Points. indeed South Africa has cheap labour, those cheap labours are from fellow african countries such as DRC, Nigeria and Ghana.
