It could be that you have never being to Sango,Ota in Ogun State to negotiate for shop or else you would have realized that this is one of the cheapest around Sango Fly over.
Moreover, it is difficult to regulate agreement & commission in Ogun State, since there are no functional Edith or gazette by the Govt. Tenants in most cases are at the mercy of the landlord.
