you must have installed an unwanted app from your browser.. Download x-plore file manager... Open and scroll down to your app manager you will see the list of app installed on your phone then look for any app without logo.. Click and hold on it you will see uninstall then your phone is free.

You must have unknowingly installed a malicious app.. They can make your misbehave .

Personally I'll say the specs to price I'll prefer the X5 they are both 3gb/32gb both 13&5mp back cam but the Snapdragon 425 on the Galaxy J6 is a no no for me
