Pls, which one should I choose?

Another question is, How much is the least I can get them each. UK used price is preferable.

Nikon D5300.

*The D90 is outdated and doesn't do well in low light situations. But it allows you to use a wide range of Nikon auto focus lenses even from the 70's
* The Nikon D3300 is a base entry level model which has a very nice sensor but the D5300 is still better in terms of imagine quality, lighting control and other advanced features.

Good lens ain't cheap. But the Nikon 35mm f1.8G lens would be the prefect all round lens.
