Mine on this speculation: No to the one on Agriculture because he has performed below expectations. No tangible result on mass land set-up for 4years, no real stakeholder rapport, all expectations were on future-tense, no single "sample: farm, ranch, processing plant" Again, NIHORT became worse under his reign, all other research institutions turned to cash cows for non-productive people called staff........the list is endless. Audi Ogbeh should go on retirement! |
