Hi all, I need a first hand experience from anyone who has as a medical practioner, started up a clinic business to list out their challenges. The business plan is equally appreciated.We need it for my mom who is a certified nurse.Location is viable,some equipment like beds,wheel chairs,oxygen, generator etc are already in place. Flat for the place has been paid for.Hospital name already chosen.CAC registration in the plan. How many staff is needed for now? What more does she need for a starter? |
