One thing, back up all your datas wipe and reinstall one at a time. I bet you everything will be OK.. I had similar issues on my A3 initially of which twitter was the culprit but now it's a story for the GODS.

I tried charging it, it wouldn't even charge let alone power. I did what oga Lexus suggested, the phone would not respond. I even tried recovery mode as suggested by a good fellow all to no avail.

I ordered the 32 gb variant from Umidigi official store. I tried opening a dispute and a video evidence when it is connected to a power source was requested. I will try to do that today.

I tried to power it on, the screen was blurred, after which the phone gave a strange noise. As it is now the phone has refused to power on. How do I contact the customer care to resolve this issue?

I could partially agree with your statement, some devices are built for mild gaming and others for intensive gaming....

Is Umidigi A3 series a mild gaming device? Yes

Is Umidigi A3 series an intensive gaming devices? Possibly not

How intensive is the league football game? I would not know, i am not a gamer....... All i play is Hill Climb Racing 2......
