Coke has been prove to be addicted, hence people neglect this warning, am one of the people, how can we help ourselves? and more so is drinking coke really bad?

Oyedepo stopped when he learnt a bottle contains over 12 cubes of sugar. Diabetes in the process. I've replaced carbonated drinks with yoghurt, milk, fruit juices etc

The fear of diabetes is the beginning of wisdom....the best way to stop is to take a close study on how diabetes kill people...then before you finish the study, you will be running away from coke on sight.

Get Zobo leaves, pineapple and ginger, make zobo drink and pour inside coke bottles. When u crave for coke, get your bottle of chilled Zobo and drink.

You won't believe how much (diet) coke Warren Buffet guzzles during breakfast every single day. BTW thought a bottle used to contain 6 cubes Nigerians and hear-say tho.
