I was sad and what made me to bring it here was because of the condition he gave. That I can only get back the money whenever he sells the phone. And that prompted me to ask if what he's doing is fair? And he's telling me that since I've decided to bring it on here, it's gone. Really? What bad thing did I do Petonis that you said you won't refund the money again? Didn't I plead with you?

Please Nairalanders, you guys should help me talk to Petonis to refund that guys money.

I pleaded with him to gift me the phone since things are not really going on fine with me and he agreed.
The only money agreement we had was on the delivery and I asked him how much that was going to cost me and he told me #1500 i.e 1k to bring it down to Oshogbo and #500 for his transport.

Everything turned upside down when I called and he asked for the balance. I was surprised and then, I had to remind him of the discussion we had earlier on. After listening to me, he said he can't do such a thing and that I should forward the guy's details to him to make a refund of the money. Till this moment, he hasn't done anything.

He wouldn't have done anything lesser than what he did with the 5k sent to him. Such a petty scammer he is. He thinks himself smart by bringing down his picture so people won't get to know him.

I have learnt to always get what I want before any payment no matter who the seller is or no matter how friendly. Most Nigerians are so untrustworthy when it comes to money.
