and Atiku anywhere. The question you should answer is was Atiku born a Nigerian? Yes or No? He was born in Jada when it was under Cameroon. He became Nigerian in 1961 by referendum. The Constitution clearly states the President must be born in Nigeria. Was Atiku born in Nigeria? No. He is Nigerian but not born in Nigeria. Only those born in Jada after 1961 can be eligible to contest for the Presidency of Nigeria. Its because no one investigated this that was why Atiku could even become VP. That shows the rascality of PDP. They allowed an ineligible person occupy an office he should never had occupied. If you don't like this, argue with the constitution.

Explaination finished were his parents born in Nigeria?NO.

However, Atiku is a Nigerian citizen by Naturalization, having stayed in Nigeria for more than 10 Years.

So it is left to the Tribunal to determine if a cameroonian who had stayed in Nigeria for more than 10 years as the case of Atiku, can qualify to contest for the post of presidency.

So why is Atiku trying to preempt the Tribunal?

Nobody is saying Atiku is not a Nigerian. All they are a saying is that he is not Nigerian by birth but by secession. When northern Cameron town was part of British Cameron, he was already born. But shortly before Nigeria got independence, that area had a referendum and voted to join Nigeria. His birth certificate does not bear Nigeria but British Cameron. The history is there to verify.

The problem with his eligibility is with our constitution which requires a presidential aspirant to be a Nigerian by birth.

By our constitution, even a white man born in Nigeria and became a citizen can contest for president but a Nigerian parent who go to abroad to have their child and bring the child back to Nigeria will not have that child eligible being a Nigerian not by birth but parental.

Nigeria constitution said, you can only be president by birth or your parents were born in Nigeria.
Obama can be president of Kenyan because his parents were born in kenyan,
but thief atiku parents were born in Cameroon and thief atiku also born in Cameroon.
that is why is more easier for Obama to be president of Kenyan than thief atiku to be president of Nigeria.

Let's even assume that Atiku is a camerounian,

Worst case scenario is that he will step down, Peter Obi will become the president because the mandate is PDPs which Atiku represented at the polls. Atiku's name wasn't on the ballot paper, PDP was. So, citizenship argument is inconsequential in the scheme of things.

PDP will still challenge the February 23 elections results at the tribunal and should the tribunal declare PDP victorious, the president may be Peter Obi

Hmmm! what are you saying? The Northern and Southern protectorates of Nigeria were amalgamated by British Colonial Governor Fredrick Lugard in January 1914. Muhammadu Buhari GCFR (born 17 December 1942)... We already have Nigeria as at the time of his birth, although under the colonial rule. So are you claiming he was born before the time of Almagamation?

But Atiefku stated it in his petition to the tribunal that Buhari's qualification to run as President is a trample on Nigerians. have you people not read it in the dailies, now Atiefku was paid back in the same coins, then people see it as a crime.Atiefku/PDP said that Buhari is not qualify to run for the office of the president and that he has no minimum qualification of school certificate.
