This man goofed by resigning. Even if the NJC recommend his resignation, he would have flouted the orders just like Buhari. Right now he has no bargaining chip left. He should enjoy the proceeds of his corruption and fears |

When the case started, Woke Olanipekun was his lead counsel, what happened? He abandoned him to go be lead counsel for Buhari at the election petition case? Bigger pay. |

It shall not stand......how many public servant declared their asset before entering the office...the case of onnoghen was master minded by the fact that Buhari was looking for how to hijack the election tribunal so that his sharia CJN will rule in his favor.........if they convict onnoghen, then get ready to convict the thieves hiding in the evil APC party, including Buhari himself....they are all thieves. |

I see all these Buhari and his gang brohaha as some sort of The North are against Southern as CJN because I have be following this case and I realised with the way Buhari is going about it its no longer about corruption its about South can't be CJN that is it. Minister for Justice- The Noorth CJN- The North Head of appeal- The North Supreme Court- The North Even the CCT head- The North So what are we talking about here? Any body that still support Buhari in the South is a very very foolish person and the person will die foolishly. |

jrusky:keep quiet oga onnoghen she fight his case out like ayo salami did..during Jonathan time and cleared his name...this is not about tribe or region...the supreme court as it is,is dominated by justices of southern extraction..to me if onnoghen as a legal luminary felt he has a name to protect he wouldn't have resigned...but take this matter to a logical conclusion... am sure u have not read hw former cj kwara fought her case for three years after removal by saraki and won in d supreme court...she was reinstall back... becoming head of some of these court has to do with being a member of bench...most lawyers of south choose d bar options whose fought...make una stop dis yeye talk |

lordkush:People like is one of the reasons we hv plenty problems in Nigeria. Why bring in sectional & religious sentiments to a case the defendant already accepted he made series of errors? The fact is that the former cjn is corrupt just like the rest of them. |

Dubai Plan 101: 1. Lose election (inevitable) 2. Protest about rigging 3. Challenge results in court 4. Pay for lobbying of US to be wary and side with you 5. Present hackneyed (not hacked) INEC's "server" results 6. Wait on your lackey onnoghen to render judgment in your favor Unfortunately the last, and most critical, part of the plan has been busted. |

Everything to people like you is all about North and South. What about if the man was guilty or not? This man became CJN under Buhari. Is there any reason why he failed to declare his asset? Do you know how many people the man jailed in his career as a Judge because those people forgot or committed the offence by negligence or mistake? When you start being objective and start seeing things with a lens different from the tribal, regional, religious and other sentiments you may end up improving the quality of your own life. lordkush: |
