I just don't understand this mentality of our military needing to retaliate against innocent civilians because one of their colleague was killed. Joining the military is a hazardous profession and you could suffer fatality in the course of duty. People should not be living in fear because some hoodlums killed a soldier, go after the perpetrators and leave law abiding citizens alone.

They would go after 3 categories of people.

Those who know the perpetrators but keep quiet.
Those who sponsor the perpetrators.

Multiple reports have it that there is palable fear in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state, after an Army Captain identified as Junaid Mohammed Yelwa but popularly known as JBOY, was killed.

It was learnt that the soldier was killed in the early hours of today after an attack by some unidentified gunmen in the capital city. The army captain's corpse has been recovered by the army which has launched an investigation into his death.

Friends and colleagues of the deceased have taken to Facebook to mourn his death.
