so through dear! Experiencing same over here in Dubai.....but trust me,I'm dealing with them seriously and moreover there certificate is as useless as Nigerian certificate over here .Don't waste your hard earned cash going to study in Philippine.

Are you serious? My friend Philippines ain't racist, not even a bit(maybe some people are but you might never get in contact with any of them bacause they are very small In number. Philippines is one of the best country a black man can go to to avoid racism sh*t. They treat black as mini gods (meaning they have respects for black people).
I have friends over there who are still doing bachelor program but are organizing seminars, shows and other stuff. One is even into evangelism and he goes to secondary schools there and have some pictures with the students and teachers. Almost all indo-china ain't racist.
