Governor-Elect of Nasarawa State, Engr. Audu Sule, has married a new wife, Haj. Farida Salisu Ali, from Katsina State.

The wedding took place Friday according to Islamic injunction.

The ceremony had in attendance top officials of the state government notably Spokesperson, Jameel Zakari.

The new bride would serve as his official wife ‘First Lady’ when sworn-in on May 29.

Meanwhile, his first marriage to Haj. Silifa Abdullahi, is blessed with children and grandchildren.

What if this was their agreement?

If I ever become a governor or the President, there would be nothing like first lady. I was elected to face my work. All this first lady bruhaha is just unnecessary distraction. Look at what is preoccupying this one's mind a month to becoming the governor. Why won't his performance be at best, mediocre.
