President Buhari is not the owner of Nigeria,Charity they say begins at home,why didn't the Governor of your state dash you a House in your state?,the Governors control all the land within their respective jurisdictions,the President can only dash you land in Abuja and you would have to apply through the FCT Minister and not the presidency.

Those houses are far less than 100 million. They range from 15 million for flats, to 35 -
million for houses, depending on the design and structure. They started advertising those houses for sale, since 2016 when the estate was being constructed.

They also put an instalmental payment plan in place, for prospective buyers.
