I have been unable to bypass the BSC/HND stage. This is as a result of that "degree type" that refuses to bring options for ticking hence, it keeps saying "valid space required", please, am I the only one experiencing this?

And please, what are those professional certificates, so I'll get them ready before I get to that stage.

It's not even loading at all. I mean, when I click "degree type" it will open with a checked box for degree type but no options to select.
