Reading some of these responses shows you why Nigerians cant get anywhere..he is within his rights to report the room mate if he feels his room mate is breaking the law...there is a law against public dusturbance and if the room mate is guilty of that,he will either be warned,ticketed or arrested.... 23 Likes 1 Share |
