Let me explain beta....SSC officer DAT is a major can order a captain DAT is RC....but if the RC refuses... Nottin will happen....bcoz the SSC major will report the issue to RC lieutenant colonel....and RC respects RC....RC can not purnish anoda RC for a SSC officer.

Its beta for the SSC major not to even say anytin...bcoz....DAT RC captain can retire him leta in life....as in...wen the SSC is still a major or lieutenant colonel....the RC captain mite HV bin given a beta appointment or even a senior to the SSC major.

I stay wit dem everyday....I ask questions as regards to hierarchy.... RC lieutenant colonel(a commander) can't rubbish a captain of RC all bcoz of a SSC major....

Even wen it comes to appointment....the SSC major can't be given 2ic.... Army prefer given the RC captain 2ic.....and I ask...it's bcozz....the RC captain is bin trained for future purpose...why the SSC major can be retired from the service anytime.

The RC officers are beta regarded more Dan SSC or DSSC officer...chat me...make we yarn beta. So many lite I sopose tro inside dis mata...but I dey fear.

It is a known fact that RC guys dislike SSC/DSSC but the koko be say an Lt (RC) is forever a junior to a Captain / major SSC all other things being equal except something happens in the future and such a one overtakes his senior in rank, however politics is always played in terms of juicy appointments/ favouring RC guys.. Na the so called fatigue tools (DSSC/SSC) full North east.
