Please if the passport is not showing on the submit page but it was successfully uploaded and initially showed on the passport upload page, what could be the problem? Passport size is 41kb , 600x600 pixel. Thanks for your response.

I struggled with this for more than 4 days . No change, so I went to previous comments and they recommended that opening a new email and starting afresh will work and it worked for me.

I think it is already there, just network error making it not to appear. I will advice you to reupload it if you have not submit the application. But if you have done that, leave it then.

It can be in any colour you want either black or white, just make sure you have a copy.
